This was actually the Sunday before Labor Day, and these were our get up for Church. It was scorching hot that day so light and comfy fabrics were the way to go.

A mint green cotton work shirt, just the shirt you need for this sunny and humid weather. I was able to cop this shirt (I actually got a yellow one too) at Target for $6.95. Anyways stay cool, the three day weekend is almost here!!!

June gloom has been looming over Southern California the past couple of days, and this morning even provided a drizzle, maybe the skies were upset that the Pacers was blown out in Miami. Its chilly in the mornings and evenings and its been toasty during the afternoon… so why not bust out the windbreaker, light enough for the hotter part of the day and providing enough cover when it gets cooler.

I’m really digging the jeans and tassel loafer look, same shoe different wardrobe. The tie was removed since I opted for a more casual Friday look. Anyways its the weekend everyone, enjoy it. Happy Friday!!!

Burgundy tassel loafers, no socks (or hidden) and jeans is a pretty good combo for me, I added and oxford shirt and a gray one button blazer to complete the look, oh and a linen tie and floral pocket square to hint at the warmer weather coming in.

Went to the O.C. Fair last week with Clarissa for food, fun, games and the All American Rejects. This was our first time at the O.C. Fair and we had fun, its a lot smaller than the LA County Fair but still had everything that the LA Fair had. The AAR concert was nice too, EVE 6 opened for them and had a 30 minute set. AAR started around 830 and had about an hour long set, sang a lot of songs and more importantly they sang all the songs that I knew which was nice. To end the evening we rode the ferris wheel for free, which came with the purchase of the AAR tickets. All in all a great experience, will definitely be back next year.
